International Shipping

 
We usually ship the next-day.  
We send packages all over the world usually by Eco post express which takes about 14-21 working days after shipping.

The shipping rate is 30% (minimum 18$) always and is the same for every destination. 
Shipping time may change according to each country and may be delayed by custom or security.
Orders placed before the weekend or holiday, will be shipped on the following working day.

 
 
Shipping inside Israel
 
We send packages in Israel by Israel registered mail, which takes about 5-14 working days for delivery to the shipping address.
The shipping rate is NIS 20.
You can also use our E.M.S delivery service that reduces the shipping delivery time to only 2-4 working days. It costs NIS 54.

Pongo does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order.

Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only.

For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

Pongo is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers.
